Our Services
Psychological Assessments
Ottawa River Integrative Mental Health offers evidence-based psycho-diagnostic assessment services, including mental health, cognitive ability, academic achievement, career and sport performance, and personality and work performance assessments.
Psychotherapy
Ottawa River Integrative Mental Health specializes in psychotherapies that are Compassion Focused, Mindfulness Inspired, and part of the Process Based tradition in psychotherapy. We offer evidence-based interventions such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, among others.
Training and Consultation
Ottawa River Integrative is committed to the dissemination of knowledge and practices of Compassion Focused, and Mindfulness-inspired and Process Based psychotherapies. It offers various training and supervision tracks, including a graduate-level practicum year, supervised practice year supervision for psychologists, a post-doctoral fellow option for those in the process of completing their doctoral studies, and early career development for clinicians interested in deepening skills in mindfulness, compassion and process based therapies.
