Psychological Assessments

We offer psychologist led evidence-based psychological assessment services, including mental health, cognitive ability, academic achievement, career, as well as personality and work performance assessments.

Psychotherapy

  , We are focused  on your healing and growth through psychotherapies from Compassion Focused, Mindfulness Based, Trauma Sensitive, and Somatically Informed psychological interventions for adolescents and adults.   Our clinicians offer a range of therapies from ACT, CBT, DBT, MiCBT, CFT, IFS,SE, and psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy.  All approaches are tailored to your unique needs.

Groups

Individual psychotherapy is not for everyone.  Group skills training and group psychotherapy  are effective,  evidence-based, accessible and powerful means to psychological transformation. We regularly offer mindfulness, compassion based, and trauma sensitive group skills and group psychotherapy. To find out more check out our Events section.

Consultation & Training

We love sharing compassion, mindfulness and growth edge skills for psychological healing with other professionals and other teams.  We offer ACT, CFT, Mindfulness, IFS and SE-informed professional training and consultation to healthcare professionals and organizations.
