FREE ON-LINE WEBINAR: Integrating Mindfulness Practice in Everyday Life presented by Andre Vellino, PhD, one of the founders of the Academy for Mindfulness and Contemplative Studies at the University of Ottawa.
Mindfulness meditation practice is often presented as an exercise that develops the mental and emotional skill of becoming more aware of one’s experiences in the present moment. A frequently asked question by students of meditation is “how do I integrate my mindfulness practice in everyday life?” This presentation will address this question by answering a more ambitious one “how can everything that I do in my life become a practice of mindfulness?”
