We are looking for a Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to act as the first point of contact with clients and accomplish several administrative tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments and manage the agenda of psychologists and other clinicians.
• Explain the assessment and psychotherapy process to future clients.
• Answer questions by email and telephone.
• Make appointments with other professionals (e.g., teachers, doctors)
• Send questionnaires by email
• Manage the waiting list
• Participate in monthly meetings
• Complete monthly calculations for associate payments
• Ensure office environment is friendly, comfortable, and welcoming for all


Required requirements:
• English spoken and written with bilingualism an asset
• Professionalism, good judgement, and discretion with managing highly sensitive personal information
• Autonomy, personal organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems
• Experience in the field of psychology and/or in clinic administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software
• Knowledge of the Jane, Waitwhile and Q-Global platforms is an asset, but procedures will be explained during training and a detailed guide will be provided


Salary: $24 per hour (training time is paid)
Start of work: As soon as possible.
